By requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, signing a proposal, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Core Flooring & Interiors is a home services company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area in Texas. Our services may include:
- Flooring installation (LVP, Laminate, Tile, Hardwood, Carpet)
- Interior/exterior painting
- Interior upgrades (Baseboards, trim, floor removal, subfloor preparation)
- Other interior improvements as agreed in writing
3. Estimates and Pricing
We aim to provide clear, accurate estimates based on the information available at the time.
Important notes about estimates:
• Estimates are based on the scope, materials, and measurements known at the time.
• Final pricing may change if actual measurements differ, additional work is requested, or pre-existing conditions are discovered.
Any significant changes to price or scope will be communicated to you, and we will seek your approval before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate, proposal, or project agreement. In general:
• A deposit will be required before materials are ordered.
• Remaining balances are due upon completion as outlined in the project agreement.
• Accepted payment methods will be listed in your proposal or invoice.
Financing
Financing options may be offered through third-party providers, subject to approval and their separate terms. We do not control provider decisions, rates, or terms.
5. Communication and Consent
We use phone, email, and SMS to communicate about your project. By submitting your info, you agree to be contacted for estimate follow-ups, confirmations, and project updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opting out of SMS at any time by replying “STOP”. For help, reply “HELP”. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
We aim to respect your time and home. Project dates are scheduled based on availability and material delivery. We may adjust schedules due to weather or factors outside our control.
If you need to reschedule, contact us ASAP. Some projects are subject to cancellation policies outlined in your agreement. We will communicate any changes as early as possible.
7. Access to Property and Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, clear areas of personal items, secure pets/valuables, and inform us of any known structural or hazardous issues. Limited or unsafe access may require rescheduling or price adjustments.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, pre-existing structural issues, or damage from misuse. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific terms will be described in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for materials are subject to their specific terms.
10. Use of Website and Content
All content on our website is owned by or licensed to Core Flooring & Interiors and may not be copied or misused without permission.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of our site or services accepts the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
